Live Steam Day 24th July 2010
This was the last Live Steam Day using the Tenmille Gauge 1 track, which is now being upgraded to Train Line 45.
We will then be able to run electric locos on this track as well (when it is clean!!!).

| Isn’t it amazing what a coat of paint and a new smokebox door can do! It must be the cheapest British Outline G scale 0-6-0 locomotive currently available, and with very little effort it becomes a worthy member of the locomotive fleet. Steve (11/05/10) |

Our Visit to North Norfolk Railway with Sunday Lunch on the Train - 7th March 2010
|
Lunchtime on Sunday 7 March 2010 saw the first locomotive to cross the new level crossing. It was a test run using a DRS Class 37 which, whilst on NNR territory, did a trip to Holt and back. The official opening of the crossing takes place on Thursday 11th when a steam railtour headed by 70013 Oliver Cromwell arrives, but there will be limited facilities for the general public. |
